Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and included accessories.
For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, contact us promptly and include clear photos or video when relevant so we can review the issue.
For hygiene and safety reasons, items showing signs of use may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return or claim is reviewed. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
